How Do I Unsubscribe From Your Mailing List?
We'll be sorry to see you go. But if you would like to unsubscribe from our mailing list then your can do it on our customer services page. On the message form please choose "Unsubscribe me". You'll get one more email from us to confirm your request and then nothing further.
I’m Missing Items From My Order – What Next?
Sorry that you haven't received your full order yet, sometimes orders can be split into multiple parcels. If this is the case, they are not always dispatched at the same time and they also don't always arrive at the same time. Please check your delivery note, the items you received in each delivery should match it. If they don't match then something has gone wrong.
To let us know please visit our customer services page. On the message form choose "Delivery Problem" as type of enquiry, then tell us whats missing, don't forget to include your order number. We’ll email you straight away to confirm receipt of your message then as quickly as possible a human begin putting things right. Normally the correct goods will be dispatched immediately.
Can I Exchange Items?
Yes, it's possible to exchange items up to 30 days after they have been delivered to you. Please complete a solution notification here and choose "credit note" as the type of return. Once we've processed your return you'll get a credit note to the value of your original purchase. You can then redeem this against an order for new items. Find out more on our returns page.
I’ve Received The Wrong Items – What Next?
Mistakes are rare but they can sometimes happen. We're really sorry about any picking mistake that's lead to you receiving the wrong items, naturally this was not what we had intended!
To let us know about what went wrong please visit our customer services page and use the message form. Choose "Delivery Problem" as type of enquiry, then let us know about any items received that were not on your order and anything thats missing. We’ll email you straight away to confirm receipt of your message then as quickly as possible a human will put things right.
Normally the correct goods will be dispatched immediately. A member of our customer services team will then be in touch to arrange collection of the original goods sent by mistake.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can request to cancel your order using the contact us form. However please be aware that once you've placed your order, it starts going through the system immediately. This is so that we can get it to you as fast as possible. Because of this, we can't always cancel an order before it's been dispatched.
We will confirm in an email if have been able to cancel your order before it was dispatched. If you want to cancel your order after it's already been dispatched, then you will need to follow the returns process once you have received the delivery.
Which Payment Options Are Accepted?
Payment for goods and services is only accepted in British Pounds currency. During the secure checkout process, you can pay us by using any of the most well known credit and debit payment methods. We also accept payment using PayPal.
