Yes, you can request to cancel your order using the contact us form. However please be aware that once you've placed your order, it starts going through the system immediately. This is so that we can get it to you as fast as possible. Because of this, we can't always cancel an order before it's been dispatched.

We will confirm in an email if have been able to cancel your order before it was dispatched. If you want to cancel your order after it's already been dispatched, then you will need to follow the returns process once you have received the delivery.

During the normal course of the order process we will automatically send you two key emails. The first email confirms that we are in receipt of your order. The second is to notify you that we have finished processing your order.

If you've placed an order but haven't received any emails from us then it's highly likely that the emails were caught by your junk email folder. Please check your junk / spam folder on your email client before contacting us on this subject.

Unfortunately we currently only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. But we plan to eventually open this up to the rest of the world, starting with Europe.

Yes, it's possible to exchange items up to 30 days after they have been delivered to you. Please complete a solution notification here and choose "credit note" as the type of return. Once we've processed your return you'll get a credit note to the value of your original purchase. You can then redeem this against an order for new items. Find out more on our returns page.

We're really sorry that your merchandise has arrived in an unsatisfactory condition. So that we can put things right, please submit a solution notification form here. We’ll email you straight away to confirm receipt of your notification. Then once it’s been reviewed by a human, we’ll be back in touch, this doesn’t normally take more than a day.

You can return most items to us in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Or within up to 30 days for a credit note. Refunds need to be made to the original payment method. Unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error as the result of a picking mistake (see our terms & conditions). Then you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us as well as any associated risk.

Sorry that you haven't received your full order yet, sometimes orders can be split into multiple parcels. If this is the case, they are not always dispatched at the same time and they also don't always arrive at the same time. Please check your delivery note, the items you received in each delivery should match it. If they don't match then something has gone wrong.

To let us know please visit our customer services page. On the message form choose "Delivery Problem" as type of enquiry, then tell us whats missing, don't forget to include your order number. We’ll email you straight away to confirm receipt of your message then as quickly as possible a human begin putting things right. Normally the correct goods will be dispatched immediately.

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, you can't make any changes to it. This includes adding or removing items, changing colours or sizes and changing delivery address. However it is possible to change something once you've received your order by following our returns process.

Payment for goods and services is only accepted in British Pounds currency. During the secure checkout process, you can pay us by using any of the most well known credit and debit payment methods. We also accept payment using PayPal.

We process refunds after returned items have been satisfactorily receive. We'll notify you by email once we have issued your refund, from that point forward we're both in the hands of the banks.

Debit and credit card refunds can take between 3-5 days to clear. Refunds via Paypal can sometimes be as long as 5-10 days and are subject to their refund regulations. If you haven’t received your refund within two weeks of our notification to you that it's been processed, then please let us know. Check our terms & conditions for more information.
