How to correct what turned out to be a mistake

If you need to return an item for whatever reason then you’ll find instructions on how to do so here.

In accordance with your rights as a consumer and our terms. You can return most items to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Or if you choose a credit note, then you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

If you’ve received your order but something is missing or isn’t quite right, then please visit our customer services page to let us know.

Before notifying us of a return please check the instructions further below about the different types of return.

IMPORTANT

ITEM CONDITION

Any items that you wish to return need to be in their original packaging and suitable for resale. If an item has a return policy swing ticket attached, it must still be attached and undamaged upon return. See our terms & conditions page for more information about items that can not be returned.

SENDING ITEMS

We recommend that you return items via a recorded delivery service and retain proof of postage. On receipt we will send you an email to confirm we’ve taken receipt of the returned items.

RETURN MERCHANDISE FOR REFUND

Possible Up To 14 Days After Delivery

Most items can be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days after delivery for a refund made to the original payment method. Unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error as the result of a picking mistake (see further below). Then you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us as well as any associated risk. To begin the refund process, please click the start button above and when prompted choose “Refund”. We’ll email you straight away to confirm receipt of your notification.

Once your return has been processed we’ll be back in touch, this doesn’t normally take more than a day. At which point depending on the type of product you’ll get details of where you need to send your items.


RETURN MERCHANDISE FOR CREDIT

Possible Up To 30 Days After Delivery

Most items can be returned to us in their original condition within 30 days after delivery for credit. Unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error as the result of a picking mistake (see further below). Then you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us as well as any associated risk. To begin the return for credit process, please click the start button above and when prompted choose “Credit note”. We’ll email you straight away to confirm receipt of your notification.

Once your return has been processed we’ll be back in touch, this doesn’t normally take more than a day. At which point depending on the type of product you’ll get details of where you need to send your items. We’ll also issue your credit note which will become valid for use as soon as we’ve taken receipt of the returned items.


RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS

We make every effort to check items thoroughly for faults before dispatching them. If you think your item is faulty, then naturally we will attempt to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. To tell us about a faulty item please please click the start button above. Choose between a refund or credit, then at step 4 make sure you select “return selected items”. In the boxes that appear below, add the product code/s (shown on your delivery note) and quantities of the faulty item/s.

We’ll email you straight away to confirm receipt of your notification. Then once it’s been reviewed by a human, we’ll be back in touch, this doesn’t normally take more than a day.

REFUND PAYMENTS

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving back the returned goods. Refunds to Debit / Credit Cards can take 3-5 days to clear. Refunds via Paypal can take 5-10 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.
