Changes may be made to the terms and conditions at any time. So you should read them every time you make a purchase on this website. The date when these terms were last updated is stated at the bottom of this document.
Totality and this website address (https://www.thetotality.store). It is exclusively owned and operated by Six One Enterprises Limited, an independent company registered in England & Wales.
CONTRACT OF SALE
By placing an order on The Totality Store you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Before we can accept your order we must receive payment in full for all goods and services. Once your order is accepted we will send you a confirmation email. This will be at the email address that you provide on your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Payment for goods and services is only accepted in British Pounds. The contract made between us is governed by UK law, using only the English language. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time prior to delivery, for any reason. If we decide to cancel your order then you will be entitled to a refund.
DELIVERY & TITLE
We always aim to deliver your items in full, within the time stated when you placed your order. However exceptional circumstances or something out of our control may sometimes lead to a delay. We reserve the right to deliver an order in instalments by separate delivery shipments.
You must do all that you reasonably can to enable delivery of your order to take place at the given time and place. Our carrier will attempt to arrange an alternative time to deliver if their first delivery attempt fails.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Except for the items listed here. You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days of delivery or for credit within up to 30 days of delivery. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us as well as any associated risk.
- Any bespoke / customised products.
- Any items which deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Items sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed.
- Products that have been mixed after delivery.
We make every effort to check items thoroughly for faults before dispatching them. If you think your item is faulty or has not performed as expected, then we will attempt to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
If you have purchased a product that has been used in conjunction with something else and you believe that there has been a failure because the product is faulty then we will ask you to provide:
- Photographic evidence
- The products batch number.
Any evidence or faulty items returned to us will be inspected on receipt. If items are found to be in full working order, deemed to have been used incorrectly or subjected to fair wear and tear, then they will not be accepted as faulty.
If we are satisfied that an item was faulty at the point when it was delivered to you then you will be entitled to a replacement or refund. In case we can’t offer you a replacement, then you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase. You may also be entitled to a refund of any shipping costs unless the item was shipped at the same time as other items that are being retained.
When we issue credit notes they are only redeemable against new orders. To redeem a credit note customers must to apply it as a coupon discount during the checkout process. To redeem the full value of a credit note, the total value of the transaction before it is applied must be equal to or more than the value of available credit.
You can still apply credit notes to transactions that have a total value that is less than the value of available credit. However be aware, in these cases the value difference will be lost and no longer redeemable. Issued credit notes become valid only at the point when all the respective goods have been received by us. You will receive an email to confirm this.
We will process all refunds within 14 days of receiving back returned goods. For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method that you used to place your order. Refunds to Debit / Credit Cards can take 3-5 days to clear.
Refunds via Paypal can take 5-10 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations. If you haven’t received your refund within this time then please let us know.
Some products may carry age restrictions. When you place an order for any age restricted products then you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and that (where applicable) delivery will be accepted by a person over the age of 18.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we reasonably believe you do not meet the age restrictions for certain goods.
Where a product has a specific colour we’ve made every effort to accurately reflect that colour both on your screen and with a detailed colour description. Unfortunately, it’s currently impossible to guarantee an exact physical colour match with a screen colour or colour card. Any colour appearing on your screen should not be relied upon as being accurate.
