Why Didn’t I Get a Confirmation Email?

During the normal course of the order process we will automatically send you two key emails. The first email confirms that we are in receipt of your order. The second is to notify you that we have finished processing your order.

If you’ve placed an order but haven’t received any emails from us then it’s highly likely that the emails were caught by your junk email folder. So we respectively ask that you please check your junk / spam folder before contacting us.
