Sorry that you haven’t received your full order yet, sometimes orders can be split into multiple parcels. If this is the case, they are not always dispatched at the same time and they also don’t always arrive at the same time. Please check your delivery note, the items you received in each delivery should match it. If they don’t match then something has gone wrong.
