We process refunds immediately after any returned items have been satisfactorily received. At this point we will notify you by email, then once your refund has been issued, we’re both in the hands of the banks.

On average debit and credit card refunds can take between 3-5 days to clear. Refunds for payments made via PayPal can sometimes be as long as 5-10 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.
