How Long Will My Refund Take?

We process refunds after returned items have been satisfactorily receive. We’ll notify you by email once we have issued your refund, from that point forward we’re both in the hands of the banks. Debit and credit card refunds can take between 3-5 days to clear. Refunds via Paypal can sometimes be as long as 5-10 days and are subject to their refund regulations. If you haven’t received your refund within two weeks of our notification to you that it’s been processed, then please let us know. Check our terms & conditions for more information.
