page and use the message form. Choose “Delivery Problem” as type of enquiry, then let us know about any items received that were not on your order and anything thats missing. We’ll email you straight away to confirm receipt of your message then as quickly as possible a human will put things right.
Normally the correct goods will be dispatched immediately. A member of our customer services team will then be in touch to arrange collection of the original goods sent by mistake.
