Yes, it’s possible to exchange items up to 30 days after they have been delivered to you. Please complete a merchandise return form on our returns page and choose “credit note” as the type of return. Once your notification has been processed, you’ll get a credit note to the value of your original purchase. You can then redeem this against an order for new items.
