Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can request to cancel your order using the contact us form. However please be aware that once you’ve placed your order, it starts going through the system immediately. This is so that we can get it to you as fast as possible. Because of this, we can’t always cancel an order before it’s been dispatched. We will confirm in an email if have been able to cancel your order before it was dispatched. If you want to cancel your order after it’s already been dispatched, then you will need to follow the returns process once you have received the delivery.
